C-level keynote speech from the living room?
Broadcast quality content from home?
All major events are gone, conferences are happening online, people attend from their sofas and keynote speakers often do their presentation in front of their laptop, alone in a room.
The landscape of corporate events and conferences is going through changes which were impossible to imagine before.
How to keep the viewers engaged?
Organizing an event in this new way, while still keeping it engaging and enjoyable for the viewers is no small task.
It's no surprise that ambitious brands don't leave their reputation up to blind luck, but rather choose to pre-produce their content prior to the event (to ensure a high production value and eliminate any risk of error).
What were we filming?
We were extremely happy when Convercent reached out to us and asked us to film their CPO's keynote speech in her home, here in the Netherlands.
This footage was later edited together with footage from their other executives (from different locations over the world) and the resulting video became the cornerstone of their international conference, Converge 20.

What did the video production process look like?
After the initial call, we came by for a location scout before the filming day as we usually do to be perfectly prepared for the shoot itself.
On the day of the shoot, our 2-person (COVID-compliant) crew arrived early, then respectfully turned Jennifer's living room into a professional recording environment. We set up the stage, built a flattering lighting setup, and even covered the talent's surroundings with sound blankets to ensure high-quality audio and video recording.
Here you can see how we turned the living room into a keynote stage:

Does this sound interesting to you?
Let us know what kind of project you are planning as we’d be happy to think along!
